ITS NOT GOING TO BE BUSINESS AS USUAL FOR THOSE WHO WENT AGAINST THE GRAIN...........
PREAMBLE:
The 5th President of Kenya will today be sworn in amidst a humongous challenges that the president has faced since the famous " handshake" and the parting of ways between the two white collar sleeved boys.The former President UHURU KENYATTA's support of an opposition kingpin was u heard off which saw the most dramatic polarisation of the country that has not been seen anyway in Africa before this.
This then saw a country of no opposition and the collapse of the AGENDA FOUR ECONOMIC PROGRAMME and our GDP to its lowest. A new government structure was designed through the BBI to give an extension of life for both the former President UHURU KENYATTA and the former Prine Minister Raila Odinga and their many surrogate children like HASSAN ALI JOHO and the JUNEID'S, while trying to kick out WSR by forming a coalition of parties that was to see this through.
The Supreme Court put the brakes on the BBI and thus gave WSR a lifeline to hold on to and come up with now the famous BOTTOM UP economic recovery transition that saw the whole country get mesmerised with the birth of the KAZI NI KAZI Hustler Nation.
In the second lifeline for the President during the petition by Raila Odinga the SCOK gave him yet another chance to realise his dream that a son of a nobody can make it to the top against all odds.
THE EXPECTED CHANGES UNDER THE NEW KENYA KWANZA GOVERNMENT
The President has managed to acquire the control of both the upper and lower houses of parliaments this was not a mean achievement by any standards.
He has realised that to work seamlessly in achieving his Hustler Nation programmes he needed to have a robust parliament to pass the bills, the Senate speakers of both parliaments was key and we saw him bash the now opposition party of the Azimio la Umoja hands down.
The Government of the day will rely on the many charters that the Kenya Kwanza has signed with almost all the 47 counties to implement the policies.
Our charter for the Coast Counties has also been slotted into the main policy and I hereby wish to share the same with my readers.
These are many including KENYA AIRWAYS, KENYA BROADCASTING and many others that were intentionally run down.
The President will attempt to revive the many run down parastatals that have been the cornerstone of our nation this were made to die through some selfish motives that forced them to give way to private enterprises by cartels
The KBC was put to its death when the private media houses were made to thrive under dubious realisations.
The KTN through the Moi family, The CITIZEN through the Macharias, The MEDIA MAX through the Kenyattas all this embarked on an aggressive marketing campaign strategies that made sure KBC was put into its death bed to their advantage.
The media houses will now have to be streamlined to let KBC take its space especially on government functions and programmes to see it function.
From the KENYA BUS SERVICE - KBS
to the KENYA SHIPPING AGENCY- KSA and our now world famous airline KENYA AIRWAYS - KQ all were designed to be run down and be insolvent in order to give way to some few people at the top of the hierarchy to enjoy and richen themselves.
The subsidy of such firms like KQ amd KENYA POWER and others capable of making good profit will no longer be run in the current style rather it will be enforced with stringent management controls to see them through the day.
The cartels that have seen the many farming processes and industries all go down the drain including the KCC, KFA, KENYA CASHEWNUTS, KENYA FISHING INDUSTRY and so many others will now get some breathing space to kick back to reviving themselves to prosperity.
The administration will no longer use the many commissions and authorities to threaten anyone or any private sector company such as KEROCHE from being bullied by institutions such as KRA, EACCS, NACADA and others in order to make you follow the CARROT and STICK theory of doing business with the Government of the day.
FINALLY :
All in all the president has his tray full with so many challenges facing the country to accomplish in his first 100 days in office this will be easen out by a robust working team that will have a national outlook and ability to perform.
We wish him and his team all the best in addressing the huge debts and other malpractises that has seen the country run down just 60 years after our independence.
